We are delighted to begin our cheese journey with this middle-eastern dairy delicacy. Labneh is extremely versatile and can be used in all the same ways cream cheese is, but it elevates the dish with its creaminess, tang and subtle salty flavour. It’s also a great healthy alternative to cream cheese, with about half the amount of fat, 40% more protein and it contains probiotic cultures.
Bake with it, use it for dips, dollop it on pizza, smear it on bagels or for whatever the taste buds desire!
Have peace of mind knowing that this Labneh is free from artificial additives, antibiotics and added hormones. It is simply pasture fed sheep milk combined with probiotic cultures and salt – that is all.
