Farmhouse Semi-Hard aged Cheese

Nurtured between our native forested hills and the salt spray of the Pacific Ocean, we are delighted to bring you our Farmhouse cheese. It is a celebration of the terroir of the rugged costal Wairarapa, we let the environment shape the flavour of our pasture fed sheep’s milk. Expect a sweet mild nutty cheese when young, which intensifies into a nutty sharp flavour as it reaches maturity. A must have for entertaining and cooking with.

Have peace of mind knowing that this cheese is free from artificial additives, antibiotics and added hormones. It is simply pasture fed sheep milk combined with probiotic cultures – that is all.

Feel comfort. Sheep’s milk unique composition combined with cheese’s naturally low levels of lactose make for a kinder option when it comes to digestion.
