Sheep’s milk taste is a delicious, slightly more creamy version of cow’s milk that has a lighter mouthfeel. Many people prefer the taste of sheep’s milk and especially like it when using it for cereals or coffee as it adds a nice creamy flavour to them – it also froths really well in coffees! Sheep milk is great for baking/ cooking with too as it bring more flavour to dishes, also because it has higher protein it can help increase the nutrition.
